tags are expected to move through receiver arrays. This package
combines the advantages of automatic sorting and checking of
animal movements with the possibility for user intervention on
tags that deviate from expected behaviour. The three analysis
functions (explore(), migration() and residency()) allow the
users to analyse their data in a systematic way, making it easy
to compare results from different studies. CJS calculations are
based on Perry et al. (2012)

types of telemetry data. Models are provided to account for the
detection process when estimating individual centers of
activity from acoustic telemetry data and to incorporate data
from stationary test transmitters when available. Bayesian
versions of models are fitted using Stan (http://mc-stan.org/).
Maximum likelihood versions are fitted using Template Model
Builder (https://kaskr.github.io/adcomp/index.html).</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/trackyverse/actions/runs/26282814091</link><pubDate>Thu, 21 May 2026 19:00:38 GMT</pubDate><r:package>TelemetrySpace</r:package><r:version>1.3.1</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://trackyverse.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/trackyverse/TelemetrySpace</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>Estimate_COA_vignette.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>Estimate_COA_vignette.html</r:filename><r:title>Estimate activity centers from acoustic telemetry data</r:title><r:created>2018-06-03 15:19:03</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-14 12:39:24</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>stancode.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>stancode.html</r:filename><r:title>Full Stan code</r:title><r:created>2026-05-21 19:00:38</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-21 19:00:38</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
